Former Big Brother winner Adam Jasinski is so desperate to get out of the slammer, he's asking the judge to let him move back in with his parents.
The season 9 champ -- who's accused of using his $500,000 prize to fund a prescription drug ring -- has filed court papers in Massachusetts which read like an episode of Let's Make a Deal.
In the docs, Jasinski -- who's still awaiting trial -- claims he's willing to live with his parents, wear an electronic monitoring bracelet, hand over his passport and undergo mental health and/or substance abuse counseling .. as long as the judge lets him out of the clink.
Jasinski -- who was arrested during a sting operation in October -- also claims he has a pretty good defense in his case. According to the docs, Adam plans on "calling into question the veracity of the cooperating government witness ... entrapment and outrageous government conduct."
He also claims the accusation that he flew to Mass. specifically to deal drugs would be "illogical given Jasinski's high public profile."

One of Adam Jasinski's former housemates from "Big Brother" is unloading on the Season 9 champion -- claiming the allegations that he pissed away his prize money on a drug ring literally made her sick to her stomach.

TMZ spoke with BB9 3rd place winner Sheila Kennedy, who tells us when she found out that Adam had been arrested, "I was bawling my eyes out ... I was crying .. It made me sick to my stomach he got involved in this."
Sheila, who along with six other people voted to award Adam the $500,000 prize during the "jury house" portion of the show, tells us she feels betrayed by Adam, because he had promised to give $100,000 to an autism foundation.
Instead, cops say he used the cash to fund a prescription drug ring. He was arrested last month in Massachusetts after allegedly trying to deal 2,000 pills of Oxycodone to a government informant.
And Sheila isn't the only former cast member who's lashing out at Jasinski -- Allison Nichols tells us she hopes the judge throws the book at him, saying, "I hope Adam gets the maximum time he deserves because this is terrible."
If convicted, Adam faces 20 years behind bars and up to a million dollars in fines.

"Big Brother" winner Adam Jasinski was just formally charged with possession of Oxycodone with the intent to distribute -- and he faces 20 years in the slammer if convicted.
The federal indictment says Adam will have to hand over all the money and property related to his alleged pill-peddling -- which may include some of the $500,000 "Big Brother" prize he allegedly told cops he was using to fund his illegal activities.
Adam was arrested nearly three weeks ago for allegedly trying to sell a sock full of 2,000 Oxycodone pills -- he's being held without bail because a judge considers him a flight risk.

TMZ has obtained an audio tape of former "Big Brother" champion Adam Jasinski allegedly setting up a drug deal with a government witness who was working with the FBI.

According to authorities, the audio tape proves Jasinski -- the more distorted of the two voices -- was working out a deal to sell 2000 units of oxycodone to an FBI informant.
During the call, neither man mentions any pill by name.
According to the audio tape, the deal was supposed to go down on October 16th. However, the feds allege it went down on the 17th instead and Jasinski was arrested in an undercover sting operation.
Jasinski was charged with possession of 2000 oxycodone pills with intent to distribute -- he's being held in Massachusetts without bail.

"Big Brother" winner Adam Jasinski is once again stuck in a small area with people he doesn't like, because the judge in his drug trial called him a flight risk today and denied his bail.
Jasinski was in federal court in Massachusetts today, after he was arrested by the DEA earlier this month while carrying 2,000 oxycodone pills as part of an alleged drug deal.
Today the federal judge decided Jasinski was a flight risk, a danger to society and had violated his probation from a 2004 marijuana arrest ... so his bail was denied.
After Jasinski was arrested, he allegedly admitted he was using his "Big Brother" winnings to buy large quantities of drugs.

Dr. Will Kirby -- aka "Dr. Evil" from the second season of "Big Brother" -- has a baby boy on the way, and judging by the kid's two parents, it's only a matter of time until he shows up ... and dominates ... on a reality show.

TMZ has learned Kirby's soon-to-be-babymama is GF Erin Brodie, who collected a cool $2 million after winning two seasons on the guilty pleasure dating competition "For Love or Money" back in '03 and '04.
Their spawn is due in May. No word if cameras will be in the delivery room.

Adam "Baller" Jasinski won "Big Brother" in 2008 -- and now he'll be sharing living space with even more strangers behind bars ... because cops say he used his $500,000 winnings to fund a drug dealing business.
According to FOX 25, Jasinski was busted Saturday night by the DEA with 2,000 oxycodone pills during an attempted drug deal in North Reading, MA. Jasinki was thrown in jail and charged with possession of oxycodone pills with intent to distribute.
Cops say Jasinski admitted to funding his illegal venture with his $500,000 winnings from the show. He'll remain in police custody until his next hearing on Thursday.
Adam faces up to 20 years in the slammer and a $1 million fine.
UPDATE: Big Brother was definitely watching when Jasinski got busted -- the person he was allegedly trying to sell the pills to was a government witness who was wearing a wire.
Cops say Jasinski pulled a pill-stuffed sock from his pants and handed them over -- and that's when they swooped in for the bust.

The arresting officer also claims Jasinski did not go quietly into custody, accusing the reality star of putting up a struggle before he got Adam into a fresh pair of cuffs.

The guy who won "Big Brother" a few years ago has just won a lot more money he doesn't deserve -- via a night of degenerate gambling at a blackjack table.

We're told Mike "Boogie" Malin -- who won half a mil on "BB All-Stars" -- raked in a mind-blowing $150,000 at the Hard Rock Casino last night. We're told he was up around $250,000 at one point, but like the rest of us, he couldn't walk away.
Hit me.

Memphis, the "Big Brother" contestant who won a 1969 Camaro the show didn't even own, has decided he doesn't want the car anyway.

After setting up a test-drive to see if he wanted the classic car -- which "Big Bro" would've had to purchase from the rightful owner -- Memphis realized the gas-guzzler wasn't for him and chose to pocket an undisclosed amount of greenbacks instead.

He got booted from the "Big Brother" house and now Parker's back out on the streets -- as a TMZ photographer!
His D-list celeb factor is making the scene a bit more confusing for our other photogs though. Watch the story from TMZ TV and check local listings.

Here's one story TMZ didn't know about first -- one of our photographers is on the upcoming edition of "Big Brother."
CBS just unveiled their latest cast, and our guy Parker is one of the wannabe fame-seeking housemates on the reality show. We had no clue!
TMZ does know he's going to do really well, because, for Parker, living under the watchful eye of cameras 24/7 -- is just another day on Robertson Blvd.!

TMZ filmed "Big Brother" contestant Zach getting denied from Hyde last Thursday night, but it turns out that may not have been the whole story.
A friend who was with Zach that night tells TMZ he got into Hyde with no problem -- but the bouncer had a problem with his friends, saying they were "inappropriately dressed." When Zach saw how his friends were being treated, that's when things escalated to the point where expletives were exchanged.
Defending your friends and sacrificing a night out at a hot Hollywood hotspot? You won't get evicted from the TMZ house for that.

Last week, Jen Johnson from "Big Brother 8" was sent packing from the BB house. Lucky for this girl, she has another big house. Vanna White's!

A source revealed to TMZ that the beautiful brunette is actually Vanna White's nanny! Maybe that's why Jen lasted so long -- she might've gotten some competition tips from the queen of game shows! No word on whether Jen will return to her Vanna nanny gig, or try to ride her 15-minute fame train for a few more stops.
"We'd like to solve the puzzle! Fifteen -- more -- minutes!"

Relations between Israel and the "Big Brother" house are strained today, after a somewhat anti-Semitic rant from crybaby housemate Amber hit the Internet this week. Oy vey!
Where to begin, already? First of all, Amber said the majority of Jews she knows are "selfish." She then went on to say that her mom and sister explained to her that one can tell who is Jewish based on "their last name" and "by their nose." Gevalt! Amber then proceeded to tell a story about a selfish waitress she worked with who turned out to be ... wait for it ... Jewish! Didn't see that one coming! A shonda!
Jameka, who was on the receiving end of Amber's deep thoughts, reminded Amber that she shouldn't make blanket statements like that. "Yeah, you're right," Amber replied. "There is so much to think about." Most of which, it would seem, Amber has avoided thus far. Shmendrik.
William S. Paley, Ukrainian Jew, was largely responsible for the rise of the CBS network.
UPDATE: Abraham Foxman, National Director of the Anti-Defamation League tells TMZ: "It's offensive. It's part of the unintended consequences of the communications revolution. Anybody can say what they do - but reality shows are now giving license to these expressions of anti-Semitism. Now, all of a sudden, the world is privy to their bigotry and it's on national television... then enhanced on YouTube. What they've done is distributed anti-Semitism -- which started as a private conversation -- and by putting it on a reality TV show broadcast it to the world at large. I want CBS to understand they are facilitating anti-Semitism. They should act responsibly to the community; they are legitimizing bigoted conversation."
UPDATE: CBS has issued the following statement: "BIG BROTHER is a reality show about watching a group of people who have no privacy 24/7 - and seeing every moment of their lives. At times, the Houseguests reveal prejudices and other beliefs that we do not condone. We certainly find the statements made by Amber Siyavus on the live Internet feed to be offensive and they will not be part of any future broadcast on the CBS Television Network.
Any views or opinions expressed in personal commentary by a Houseguest appearing on BIG BROTHER 8, either on any live feed from the House or the broadcast, are those of the individual(s) speaking and do not represent the views or opinions of CBS or the producers of the program."

UPDATE: To be absolutely clear, the banner that appeared on last night's show was NOT pulled by Jerry.
The producers of the CBS reality show "Big Brother" have grounded a pilot they say planned on ruining the show.
Lawyers for Endemol USA Inc. sent a cease and desist letter to Jerry Hider of Blue Yonder Air, to stop him from flying his plane over the "Big Brother" house. According to Endemol, Hider was planning a flyover carrying a message that told the other players in the house that Eric is "America's Player" -- essentially ruining part of the game.
Endemol alleges that by doing this, Hider's proposed actions would violate a "tort of intentional interference of an advantageous business relationship" -- or, in layman's terms, "Dude, don't ruin the game!"
Hider alleges that he's not trying to ruin the game, and that he was simply paid to do a job. The peeved pilot wouldn't release the name of the person who has been hiring him to make "Big Brother"-related runs, but said that up until now he, CBS and Endemol enjoyed "a symbiotic relationship." In 2001, Endemol even produced a story about the banner operation.
In a statement to TMZ, CBS says: "It's always great to have fans that are this engaged and passionate about 'Big Brother.' However, we also need to protect the integrity of the competition, which does not allow any outside influence on the houseguests who are sequestered from the public broadcast and therefore unaware of some of the secret twists in the show."
Is Hider going to try to fight Endemol and CBS? Not likely. He told us "If I had a bunch of attorneys I would fight this, but it's not worth my time."
